Yep, I have had the same issue. I am just to lazy to remember so I just put that certificate in my certificate slot and changed our internal DNS. Just my 2 cents

FYI, I don't think this is solved yet. ( See here ) As a test, if you open a new browser window and type in http://techsoup.org it opens the site (no "www") and the login link is there without the "www" as well -- so will give the cert. error. If you type http://www.techsoup.org...
