  • Win7 and KMS question

Wondering if anyone has an answer to this. If I've got my 25 quota of Vista machines on a KMS server for activation and use the software assurance to upgrade 5 of them to Windows 7 to test for a several months, how does that affect the 25 quota on the KMS server? Do I still have 25 (20 Vista and...

Okay, here's the deal-io. Yeah, you do have to activate an SA benefit in order to be able to download the bits for Win7 Enterprise. Here's the step-by-step that I received from Microsoft. (Substitute your own license number for the "xxxxxxxx'.) Incidentally, when they tell you to dump...

Daniel, In order to receive 50 licenses for Microsoft Office, you would need to request a quantity of 50. At this time, however, your organization isn't eligible for the Microsoft Donation Program. For more information, please review the Microsoft FAQ: http://www.techsoup.org/stock/ms_program_faq...

  • Re: Got Software & Product Keys. Now what disc do I use? I'm sooo confussed!

Carol, You may want to check with Microsoft regarding the CDs that were sent and the licenses in your license agreement on eOpen. Microsoft agrees to send one installation disk or kit per title but often times the version vary slightly or more than one version is provided. I would start by calling the...
