    I think there are a large number of ways to do this, but you may want to start by looking at CaRP at http://www.geckotribe.com/rss/carp/. They have a free version that may do what you want. I have it running on one site that pulls the RSS feed from another site, and it has worked well for about a year...

    Kim, At this time we only have the upgrade available and not the full version of Windows Vista. Generally products are made available in the donation programs after the products have been released for retail sale. We do not have information yet as to when Windows 7 will be made available through TechSoup...
