If you can't afford Dreamweaver, there are a lot of low-cost and free HTML editing programs that are out there. Kompozer is one of then that should work for you.

On Adobe; you get 4 orders per year. If you get 2 copies of say Dreamweaver at the same time; is that 1 or 2 orders? Does it matter if one is Mac & the other PeeCee?
