Hi, I went to https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter/LicenseKeys/NewProductKeys.aspx . At the top it has a button so you can request MAK keys. I was able to get a MAK on each of the previous KMS keys. Hope this info helps someone. We're currently testing the new Windows 7. Similar to Vista....only I'd say faster. Haven't dug in

On my last purchase of Microsoft Vista Business I only show that KMS keys are available and can't find a way to make them MAK which is the only type of license we use. Also, I see because of Software Assurance I am already able to download Windows 7, but it also has a KMS key only. What can be done to change this? Can it be changed? I haven't

Stay with a 32 bit operating system....the 64 bit operating systems still have some driver issues. Since your a business you should go with Vista Business. Try it first before you consider downgrading to XP. XP still works just fine...but once you get past all the scare tactic online hype out there....Vista really is a pretty decent o.s.

The only real reason I can thing of for users to go with Vista Business is because they need to connect to a server. We use a server, hence we use the business edition. Our outer offices, even though they don't have a server, also use the business version. That way computers can always be moved around if needed and work on a server if necessary

It is very different. We implemented after providing mandatory training for all employees. We have approximately 100. We did it in small groups of 4 to 5 and it was hands on. We found this book Microsoft Office 2007: Introductory Concepts and Techniques, Windows XP Edition (Shelly Cashman) (Shelly Cashman) (Paperback) extremely useful. We used it for

2002 and 2003 are compatible....so it isn't a compatability issue...but it is telling you that you are missing a library. Additionally, when I install any version of office....I always do a custom install so that everything is installed. It's just easier that way when working with different versions.

I wouldn't go with cheap technical support....sometimes it can cost you more in the long wrong. Go with qualified technical support and hopefully they can get the job done quickly and correctly the first time. Also, verify that the technician is qualified to install Microsoft Exchange, an actual MCSE coupled with experience should be able to set

It's worked well for us...but it is server technology. To use it to your best advantage, you should really have a qualified technician, possibly with their mcse, set it up for you.

Outlook 2007 has a search feature built into it that works well. It doesn't matter whether you're using XP or Vista. It searches by whichever, word, name, etc., that you type in the Search Box.

I'm using Vista Business and it makes searching for emails in Outlook extremely simple.
