Margaret, For all practical purposes, the only log on you'll need (e.g. to post a question, to order products thru Techsoup Stock) is your Personal login. The Organzation 'Login', or Organization ID and Password, is only used when a new user from your organization needs to be authorized to order donated software on behalf on your organization

Pat, If you want Office 2003 Pro for all 12 computers, you'll need to order 12 copies. There isn't a separate product for Office 2003 'licenses' the way Window 2000 Pro does. Ordering 12 copies will allow you to install it on 12 different computers. I don't know what else you may need, but having proper Windows and Office licenses
