Hello i have an Acer Aspire T180 Series that is running Vista Home Basic which i tried to upgrade the memory i purchased 4gigs of memory and installed it. But when the machine boots up it on reads 2 gigs. So i try and go into the BIOS to do some snooping and its prompting me a for a password. Any ideas what it could be?

Good Morning everyone i need help with an issue i'm having somehow my email is sending out a link to everyone in my address books to viagra sites. So far i changed my passwords and also running Malware Bytes Scanner and Spyhunter. What else should I be doing?
