Just following up on Brown Paper Tickets - has anyone else had experience using their service. Given our requirements, it seems they have the best service with online and phone orders available. I spoke with their customer service representative earlier this week, and was very impressed.

Phil is correct, you don't need an FTP application if you're using FrontPage. FrontPage can upload files with it's built-in Publish function.
