I don't like the idea of providing banner ads to the bottom of all my mail for Jewlery et cetera. I get why they do it but I'd rather pay a little bit and not have anything.

I have used MX GuardDog for a while and have had no issues. They now have three servers to support the traffic. I have run into an issue where no matter what I did the mail would loop between MX GuardDog and the hosting provider who also (AND VERY POORLY) scans all mail for spam. I would say for 95% of people it would work perfectly. NOTE: MX GuardDog
