Look into Google Analytics. We are using the service, which is free and gives tons of useful information in a form that is clear (and it our case, pleasantly surprising). Go to analytics.google.com for details.

1. How long does Microsoft's Software Assurance last? We purchased in Nov, 2003. Will Assurance expire next month? 2. In particular, will Assurance purchased in 11/03 be useful for upgrading to the new Office (in 2006?).
