Over the past couple of years I have helped others look at Association type software. My conclusion is that you get what you pay for. Typically the more expensive ones give you more features and more options. Wild Apricot is OK but given some of its limitations I doubt that it will do flash well.

I am not sure what level of visual disabilities you are dealing but you can start with the accessibility features built into Windows. They seem to work for a lot of people. Probably not for a while and most likely never since they were purchased by Oracle. Oracle will probbaly sale the hardward to a company like IBM or HP.

Most cell phones allow to you to surf the web and get email (not just smart phones). So you will have lots of choices. The big issues for you are what cell provider do you want. If you are running exchange you cab create public folder where alkl the contacts get dumped. When it is updated on one machine it is updated on all. If you do not have exchange and want a cheaper way then set up a gmail account and share/sync contacts. For three people that should not take up to much time. just my 2 cents

Yep. I use it mostly for backup/restores because I tend to play with Linux and when it breaks I am usually prefer just to restore. I use it with a older IBM laptoprunning Ubuntu and older Dell server running redhat.

There are a number of time limiting software but it is aimed at limiting kids use. So everyone needs a limit and to reset it requires someone to log in. Pharos is the king of the library set. IMHO all good company cell phone policies have a compelling business reason why someone would get a company cell phone. The most likely reasons are that they go to people who travel and must be in contact with staff and available to staff at least 18 hours a day. If we provide a cell phone we let the person know they will be available on weekends and
