I totally agree with the idea of cheat sheets. I use these all the time, and not just for other users. It's a great way to remind myself how to do things that I only do once a month, once a quarter, etc. Great topic :wink2;

I saw in the laptop brands discussion that someone had gotten insurance for a laptop computer. What is the opinion "out there in cyberspace?" Is it worth the cost/investment? We have a laptop that will be used as the user's main pc as she will be travelling between 2 locations. If the opinion is that yes, it's worth getting - how do we go about

I am looking for a blog site or a diary site for our organization, so I definitely want a virus-free one. We have a person wanting to do some fundraising for us and we want to be able to provide information about him - but at another site than our organization site. I have a user with Windows 98 that has error messages saying that msbb.exe could not be loaded. Another message comes up saying that portions of the program N-Case seem to be deleted - giving 3 options for response - (1)Re-install N-Case, (2)Remove any remaing associated files, or (3)remind me later. I have a user on Windows98 running Office 2000 with McAfee ASAP for virus scan. Her machine is clean, as far as I can tell. When I look at her Word documents through my Windows 2000 machine, the description lists "It's amazing." I seem to recall that that is a symptom of a virus? Anybody have suggestions?
