You might want to search www.pricewatch.com . I just searched it for corel x4 it did show a price of $16.75. I did not read the add very close and you want to do that to ensure that you are getting the complete program and not a 60 day trial. I cna usually find some good deals that way for what I am looking for.

It is pricey and not available through TechSoup but you may want to consider Picture Perfect museum cataloging software. Extremely powerful and feature rich for museums. Has a picture database section. A trial is avialable for download and testing. A lot of major museums are currently using it.

I am broadcasting a Pansonic WebCam live. It will accept 30 simultaneous connections and does include sound. You can also make it part of a website. I do not broadcast the sound as you would only hear the wind blowing. I have it as a thumbnail on the home page but then you can log in and pan and tilt the cam.
