Hi, Dave 911 is a universal emergency number as you know. KPN is simply saying to call 911 on the cellphone if you see a child in distress. The dispatcher would connect you to the police dispatcher who would walk you through a checklist of info needed to get speedy information out to the officers in the community. Hi, Sasha Very good question about the 911 connection. There is no 911 network where KPN is concerned. The person who sees a child in distress hits 911 same as any kind of public safety issues like fire and police. The intent with the 911 part of our program is to give the everyday citizen immediate access to the 911 system. It also serves a huge role
