I am currently working on the end of year thank you letters for both online and offline gifts. It also includes both monetary and equipment donations. Also register at Idealist if you're looking for volunteers. VolunteerMatch nets us more potential volunteers, but they also have a higher attrition rate than the Idealist ones.
