We are currently running about 30-32K pages per month for each of the Sharps, all black and white.

We are to replace our multi finciton machines; print, scan, copy, fax that has a staple feature, duplex printing, and up to 11x17 paper. These are networked and one or the other is typically setup as the default printer for each computer in the office. Thanks!

Hi All: Our office has reached that time of needing to replace our multi-functional printers. We currently have a Sharp AR M650N (about $12,000 when new) and another Sharp AR M550N (don't have price but estimating at about $9,000 - $10,000). All I know is that our server (which is nothing more than an oversized desktop computer) is a Dell PowerEdge 840, so whether that's terminal...i don't know. We are a small npo, with no more than 12 people ever on the server at once. We have about 16-17 staff, some of which are fild

Our NPO uses Gmail for its email. All our accounts are username@mainerwa.org , but just through Gmail. Some in our office have setup Outlook to view their emails, as they don't like Gmail or are too familiar with Outlook to give it up. Those that have done this use the POP setting. I've noticed their is also a IMAP setting. I read that IMAP
