If you mean the Federal CTC program, it is still alive, and a note was posted to the CTCNet list at http://mail.ctcnet.org/connect/c4t04/0490.htm Otherwise, there are very few "CTC" grants available these days. I would look at mission-specific funding sources such as after school, youth, job development, or whatever the focus of you CTC is.

Actually, SeniorNet also has resources for staff running computer programs for seniors that are not readily accessible on their web site. They used to have a great curriculum for only shopping and emailing digital photos, for example. I would call them (see www.seniornet.org). George
