    As a small non-profit you are better off not doing a full business plan, but a truncated, dynamic, strategic plan. You can do that with QuickPlanner Plus - a $35 product that is very, very, simple in its program... almost old-school, but it can guide you through the process of planning and help you. I used a version of it to build two non-profits.

    I just posted this in another spot... we use Events by Amlink/Peopleware at our Foundation, but it really is too much and very pricey. There are some great online resources that you should look into... much more cost effective if you are looking at something to manage the registration process, marketing etc. But, on the other side, if you are looking

    Unfortunately, we use a very pricey option at our Foundation... Events from Amlink. But, if you are looking for conference management look for online options. If you are looking on something to help you put together the basic plan, get QuickPlanner Plus it's only $35 and will help you put together your planning process.
