I miss my favorite survey platform in your list. I use fo.reca.st surveys (at http://fo.reca.st/surveys) to design my surveys. It's free, you can add videos and audio resources, customize layout and easy embed your survey into your website. I'm loving it! :-)

Tip number 12 - use and install only software that you really need - don't install an editor with support of XML documents editing if all that you need can Windows notepad too.

I think, that such offers as Google Apps can be also very useful for small companies - 99,9% availiability and a couple of nice applications
