You can get PDFs out of any program that prints AND save paper by using GreenPrint (http://www.printgreener.com). I read about this at TechSoup in the"10 Resolutions to Green Your Technology" blog. We have three buildings, 36 workstations and 4 servers. We have 6 local printers (2 small lasers and 4 inkjets) and 12 network printers (6 impact printers and 6 laser, one of which is color). We have two black & white copiers and one color fax machine that we use for color copies.
