A little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing. Showing a CEO how to shutdown the server could prove to be quite dangerous. I know it sounds cruel but servers are not toys and unless you know what you are doing DONT TOUCH! Back-up could prove useful but you should be running and CHECKING a schedualed buck-up quite often anyway and the CEO should not
