Do any of you include something like a discussion board or blogging tool as part of your website? I'm looking to give our constituents a means of coming back to visit, but am not sure how to go about making the maintenance of password protected functionality an easy thing to do.

What web-based options for donor management and/or volunteer management would you recommend? Why? Many of my coworkers get to work from home, so we'd like a web-based solution. Cheap is good. Free is better.
