Also, always preview before you print--this helps avoid printing errors and gives you an opportunity to reformat to save paper. Use the automated tools in most office production software

By the Cup often uses "short urls" that are generated by a service. I have deleted my last copy (and can't find a copy on line), so cannot use a sample URL to search for the service online. Could someone let me know what service TechSoup uses? (aside: The (View sample) link on the left menu that should let you view a copy of BTC does not work.)

You can build a form that can be filled in online and then printed using Adobe Acrobat Pro, but I am pretty sure you cannot save or e-mail the completed form. If someone can tell us how, we'd be forever grateful!
