Nice article! I have used the Acronis product successfully to upgrade a batch of identical DELL laptops. I loaded one machine with Windows, Office and Norton. Applied all the patches and then cloned it onto the others. Worked Great. Currently I am using the Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK) which you can download free from Microsoft. Images
