Definitely tap into using interns and volunteers. Grassroots International, which is a small nonprofit in Boston, uses virtual volunteers to run their MySpace, Change.org social network, and Facebook Group... volunteers that have never met. As far as return, they sy 25% of their web traffic and 10% of their e-newsletter subscribers now come from MySpace
