I have seen so many problems attributed to NAV 2007, it's the first thing I uninstall when there's trouble, and it usually solves it. I think the feature bloat of both Norton and McAfee products has made them unstable and overbearing. They try to do everything, often at the expense of YOU being able to do ANYTHING. I suggest uninstalling Norton

If you are getting logged in at 192.168.1.1, look for the "status" menu at far right.
