This will sound self serving, since my agency helps nonprofits build websites - but it isn't. I think he's missed the boat, especially for smaller nonprofit agencies - they face TWO challenges: 1. They can't edit their content - they don't have a CMS, or html skills, or may not even know who hosts their website. 2. They can't afford an editing team. The author is right about the first part, but wrong about the recommendation
