Hi Reginald, While we have no definite information on the extension themselves, I would recommend you should apply to receive the core donation regardless, unless you feel that the core product is not of use to you without specific extensions. As for the timeframe, for the main ESRI software, there is no time limit or expiration for the donation. best

If I am interpreting your question correctly the "virtual agents" you are thinking of are in v12.5, and not 12d. In 12d the agents are installed as normal remote agents, whereas in 12.5 it is installed on the hypervisor and it is a bit easier. Although since there is no quantity limit on our version of 12d it may be less of a cost issue than

One year of support is included with the donation, after which you can choose to acquire support directly from them, or opt not to have it. Yes, the NFR licenses are not upgradeable. If you need features for v.12.5 immediately you will need to upgrade to a retail license. -Kevin
