Actually, they would have access to all patches/hotfixes through Windows Update that were released up until it reached the end of it's life cycle and even then Microsoft is continuing support for security patches for Windows 2000 until 2010.

The Vista Ultimate discs/keys that are being supplied, are these upgrades, just as the Vista Business being offered here is, or is it a full installation?

Does this only apply to the full version of Vista Business or does it also apply to the Vista Business Upgrade that is offered here on TechSoup?

If you purchase a Windows Upgrade (such as the Vista Upgrade being offered now by TechSoup) do you get downgrade rights or you only get those if you purchase the full OS? Also, with the Windows Vista Upgrade being offered at TechSoup do you get access to any other versions besides Business? I know that with the Windows XP upgrade w/ Software Assurance
