1. I think you cons about CiviCRM is a bit outdated. We've made significant progress since someone posted those cons. The UI could still use some work, but the setup and integration with drupal have become even stronger. Together they make a very powerful combination (IMO) 2. Am not sure how many of the other packages have multi-lingual support
