Thanks Dave, I'll note Websense as an option. Chris, thanks for suggesting OpenDNS. I resonate with Glamontagne, helping staff get work done is my goal here. The non-profit I work for has been pretty casual to-date with our user's surfing time; and it isn't paying off.

Rog, I plead ignorance if this is the easiest thing to do. Please do provide some more detail where such settings are on the Cisco ASA 5505 device manager. Thanks for considering my question.

How can I use a Cisco ASA 5505 to log outside IPs (ie. websites) visited by staff members? My goal is to create logs as needed of a staff member's website usage. I have spent considerable time looking through the configuartion options and manuel; it is beyond me where to start. Any advice where to start would be great. Thank in advance.

Whenever I open indd files in CS3, there are dialogue boxes informing me I am missing fonts . . that I know are active on my system (I use a PC). How is it possible that fonts on my system are not active in InDesign CS3? Anyone have suggestion as to where I would start? The below options have not worked for me: 1. installing a demo version of Font Reserve

Extensis Portfolio (Windows/Mac). Font issues really cost our staff a lot of time figuring out how to handle errors when a vendor gives us native InDesign files. I've read that font managers such as Extensis are widely used and very helpful...not only for time and font management, but to free up computer system resources.

You also made a good point that I appreciate regarding option #3: hosting blogs on other sites that point to the main site will boost our search engine ranking. Thanks

Insightful comments. Thank you both! I can certainly appreciate using a blog to establish our charity in search engines. I will look into Blogger as a free service. I can see at least one big benefit to both options: Remote blog: a charity can engage people on a blog site that is already highly visited and searchable for content (ie. going to the known readers). Blogging on a charity's website: Slower traffic depending on how visible the org already is, but the reader is going to be on your site with all the
