I have changed my tech soup profile password, but have no idea where else to look for additional passwords that might be on file? With minimal experience, we have developed our own website using the CMS "Joomla!" http://www.joomla.org and have never looked back. If you are starting from scratch, I would certainly recommend looking into the opensource CMS systems that are available, especially if you have a lot of content, or plans for content. I agree with Christian's recommendation. By contacting everyone that sent in a credit card form, you accomplish a few things. You can thank them for their donation, say that this is protocol for their protection, and give them the last four numbers to verify. Being in touch with your donors in this way really can be a positive. Be prepared though

Hello! I am trying to purchase some items in the TechSoup Stock Cart and when it goes through to step 2 an error occurs. The error is telling me it cannot continue because there is an apostrophe in my name within the Organization Record (not my profile). I tried to go in an edit the Org's record in the registry, but I cannot open my record due to
