No one article can highlight the *many* products out there, but I have to say BasicFunder (http://www.basicfunder.com) ranks with them. Its simple to use (everybody is these days I hope), low cost (not everyone - unlimited networked users - without additional cost), and feature rich = excellent value proposition.

If you Host with www.homestead.com you will receive there FREE Homestead SiteBuilder, which I have to say is extremely easy to use. They also let you choose from lots of starting templates. The only catch is you have to host with them. I find there prices very reasonable and there hosting is reliable.
