    To get off the ground, we have been using Picasa Web Albums from Google with good results.     Just received this email from Microsoft: "Our records show that the following Microsoft Open License Agreement(s) with your organization will expire in fewer than ninety days:" Software was purchased through TechSoup (reselller is listed as CompuMentor). What needs to be renewed here?

    We design our annual alumni newsletter in MS Publisher and convert to PDF for sending to our printer for the snail-mail version as well as for posting online. http://www.dfrcfoundation.org/football/alumni.html We can easily keep several years of the newsletter available on-line and anyone with access to the free Adobe Reader can view or print the newsletter
