We use GetActive or should I say Convio, because GetActive was just bought by them. It's simple to use and send mail in both html and text. We also use them to process our online donations.

Our media relations group needs to send out Press Release emails regularly to all the various media outlets. The list is at least 20,000 and was acquired from Cision. Does anyone know of a better or less expensive way to send out this information without hoarding our exchange server? I believe this will be done on a regular basis. Also, I'm afraid

We use Sentry, which is a pice of hardware. It uses the bayesian filter or you can just block every email coming to your box and have the user verify that they are legit. It works well for us.

Can anyone recomend or know of a grant database software? We need to keep track of the grants we distribute as well as follow up on the researcher. Andrew.
