I'm not exactly clear on what the point of your sim is. Why does the public need to know how tough it is to run a non-profit? I have worked for many non-profits and NGOs. Our primary mission in every case was to get the public mobilized on the issues we cared about, not about our actual day-to-day work as a nonprofit. I.e. getting people to help
