Hi Susan, I can appreciate the concern, however as I have stated numerous times I am not working for the company. I don't see what is wrong with stating an opinion about a valid company and their products. I never blatantly posted message about QMember unless the topic or subject is asked for. I do agree however that when others ask for advice on

Hi Caitlin, I don't have any direct experience with DonorPerfect, however a few colleagues of mine have said that they have a great support team, but the user-friendliness of the software needs some work. If I may suggest, it's always good to look around at different solutions, so I would recommend that you also look at QMember. Http://www.qmember

Hi Ellen, I would recommend that you take a look at http://www.qmember.com to see what they might be able to do for you. They offer an offline donor database and a web-based version as well. Good Luck!

Hi Leslie, I wanted to offer another point of view. I think a web-based application might be the best way for you to go as you are running into two major difficulties that I can see: 1) Your computers aren't networked, therefore cannot all access a centralized database 2) Many companies that provide donor software solutions cannot run both PC and

Hi Bkayne, I would recommend that you contact the folks from QMember, they offer donor management solutions in both offline and ASP versions. http://www.qmember.com I don't agree with stevecap that in order to have a more customized solution, will leave you paying "quite a bit more money" from what I have seen you pay quite a bit for etapestry and

Hi Arcgateway, If you are looking for suggestions I would recommend that you checkout QMember (http://www.qmember.com) Good Luck!

Hi Nathan, I'm sorry my friend, I don't. I am just a big fan of the services that they offer to many of the people that I have come into contact with. I am just like anyone else on these boards who recommend ebase, raisers edge, etapestry etc and I don't see a problem with recommending something good when I see it.

I have never had any experience with this company however I am always weary of companies that do not put any contact information on their website except for an email address. The website also doesn't list anything about the people who own the company.
