microsoft office 2003

Hi all I am Jason and I am a little confused. I ordered the office 2003 suite that comes with outlook express 2003 in it. When I go to install I get the message it cannot install the suite unless I already have outlook 2003 on the hard drive. This confused me so I went back to the system reguirements and sure enough it says outlook 2003 is required
