I am supposed to be signed into TechSoup Canada, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to order anything. I have tried re-registering but that doesn't help.I am trying to order Adobe Suite with EnDesign. I am just confused. I get so far and cannot go any further I am finding this new site a bit confusing as well. No place to ask directly

These are all great ideas. Duplexing doesn't always work. I find with my photocopier that if I have a large number of photocopies to make (more than 3 or 4) trying to duplex actually ends up using more paper, my time and causes untold frustration because in variably the photocopier acts up and I end up wasting time and energy. I am visually challenged

Simply Accounting is what we use for our accounting practises. Also I understand Sharepoint is a good program as well. Simply Accounting is preferred by many Canadian accountants because nothing can be erased so that there is always a good paper trail of everything that occurs so that there are no questions regarding your books. "Upgrade" is what I meant. Right after I started asking the question, we realized that might be the problem. We have lost our key codes we had used about four. Is it possible to get a copy of the ones we haven't used?

we purchased Norton System Works last year and installed them on our computers. Since then we have purchased new computers. We can install the updates on the old computers, but we cannot install the updates on the new computers. Do we have to get a new disc or what and install that before we can do the updates?

We are having a problem with installing Norton System Works Volume licensing on a new computer. Can you help us? We have been unsuccessful so far. I have no problem if a previous Norton Systemworks has been installed on the computer. It is just with the new computers. What are we doing wrong?
