RE the Jan post about Macs. I use a Mac, and have been using BackupToTheWeb for several months. Service has been great, response to questions timely (and you can actually speak with them on that archaic piece of technology, the telephone!). A few weeks ago I had to retrieve a document that I had inadvertently deleted, and it was a piece of cake... and
