Okay, here's the deal-io. Yeah, you do have to activate an SA benefit in order to be able to download the bits for Win7 Enterprise. Here's the step-by-step that I received from Microsoft. (Substitute your own license number for the "xxxxxxxx'.) Incidentally, when they tell you to dump your cache and cookies in your browser before trying

I just found our Win7 Enterprise media in my mailbox here, too. Quick delivery, anyway! I'll still post back with what I hear from Microsoft. cp
I have the same problem. I was hoping that eOpen would update it at some point. I'm waiting on the media to arrive before I start asking questions. Did you also have problems at eOpen with Software Assurance Administration for this product being unavailable?
Well, as of this AM, the Enterprise edition

I realize and understand that Symantec products obtained through TechSoup are not eligible for support from Symantec, but what I'm not clear on is whether I will be able to download

Oh, drat. Well, at least we got a few years of good service from it, at a very good price! Thank you for checking; I really appreciate it. Best regards, Craig
