All modern databases can do it. The hard part is going to be configuring it. You should be able to put this all into a web application with Postgres or MySQL and have it web accessible with image storage. That may be a somewhat involved project, though. If you have someone who is a good web app developer in your group, that would be a good project.

MS Access will do all that you require. If you have it, use it. You can also set up OpenOffice to work with Postgres, and it will do even more than Access can do, and it's all free. But getting it set up requires deeper technical skills. mobile search - coming soon
