aside from the "better features" which is the ability to incorporate more applications so there is more functionality - why else would you use Fan Page versus a group? Is there a side-by-side comparison of features/benefits/pros and cons? When might you want both?

You have give it time. You can expect to jump in and give up after a couple weeks. I ran a little experiment for an organization I'm on the board of it - and what happened is that I connected with some so called wired fundraisers who passionate about our cause and started to help fundraise on social networking sites where didn't have a presence

much of what is in the guide is applicable to us nonprofits. What changed was the pound sign instead of the dollar sign and spelling organization with an "s" - and examples are UK. I did the interviews/research and much of we uncovered is applicable. With that said, I'm researching right now for workshop for US nptech on some of the evaluation methods

Megan: The best information on that issue is in Avanish Kaushik's book (chapter 2) - Web Analytics An Hour A Day. It gives you a blow by blow comparison of how the different stat packages dervive their stats - e.g. some use cookies, some use tags, etc. The best practice is understand it, but don't get hung up comparing the two sets of stats
