    I mostly disagree with Keith. Business level packages (the only ones normally available to NPOs) are pricey. Period. Doesn't matter which one. Cable is not always available in areas where commercial activity could benefit. Quality of DSL is based on proximity to their resources. T1 is in your back yard and you get a great quality bang for the buck
