    seems to me like the easiest solution would be to find a friend with OS 9 installed and copy the OS 9 system folder from their machine to yours. here's an article that might be usefull as far as partitioning goes: http://www.lafcpug.org/partitioning_osx.html seems like partitioning is more work than you need to be doing to get to a solution.

    Sage RSS reader is pretty sweet. it lets your organize and read your RSS feeds righ in Firefox. has a lot of features that Live Bookmarks, Firefox's built in RSS functionality, lacks.

    If you can secure it, you should. SSH support is deffinately a necessary feature for me. At least one ISP that I use won't take regular telnet connections anymore. I use Tera Term with the ssh plugin on windows boxes, although I find it lacks some features that I'm used to using in my macintosh environements. I'll use PuTTy when I have to
