If you want the two networks joined together as one domain, same network, and same ISP, here are some issues to work out: You can run a couple Cat 6 cabling from floor 1 to floor 2 to physically connect the networks. You could try Jing Project. Its run by the same company that makes snag it -- Techsmith. We only have a few users, but they are happy with it.
