Good question bobalston. Windows Business has less function than Windows Vista Home Premium. This is primarily due to in a truly business environment, the computer person doesn't need all of the toys that are included for the home user. Business is for Business.

Microsoft provided the answer many years back. Set up two user accounts. AOL in hers. Outlook in yours. In Vista go to the control panel and click on User Accounts.

If you have Publisher 2007, open Help and search on Send to printer. Check with your commercial printer FIRST. Run Design Checker Many will now accept Publisher files that are prepared using the Pack & Go Wizard. This Wizard makes sure the printer gets all of the files that he needs (fonts, etc.).
