Hi Scott, Welcome to TechSoup. Glad to have you here. TechSoup has certain companies that donate software, and I don't think that Contribute is one of them. However you can check over what is offered here by going to the Get Products tab of this website. It's possible that something that is offered here would work for you instead of Contribute

Hi Kayze, What are you using now? Donor management software is the obvious choice for the features you mention. However, if you had it, I don't think you would be looking to replace it every few years. A good place to learn more about the various options among donor management software is the Idealware " Consumers Guide to Low Cost Donor Management

Several years ago I read this study, on volunteer management. Volunteer Management Capacity in America's Charities and Congregations I wonder what kind of followup may have been done on it, other studies etc, and haven't been able to come on that information through the tried and true method of Google search... I wonder if anyone else knows
