I am an independent consultant based in San Francisco. My consulting business is based on helping nonprofits make informed, unbiased, strategic decisions about the selection, use, and management of information technology. In general, I help clients diagnose what’s really wrong with information systems; assess whether they have the right systems, supported by the right people, doing the right things; make sure technology is aligned with the organization's mission and goals; plan for growth; select new software and vendors; and implement new systems and ways of working.
