We at CNEER, Inc. grew out of a need to help abandoned, abused and neglected horses and help our community. We provide shelter and TLC to those abandoned and we teach proper care of these amazing and beautiful creatures whenever and wherever possible. We have a youth volunteer camp, we also teach onsite and we are a non profit that has an all volunteer Board of Directors.
